Oil Tanker Operators are required to ensure that the following statutory / industry tests are carried out on their vehicles.

DOE Test - Department of Environment Test carried out annually at a DOE approved centre. DTRS will prepare your vehicle for test, complete all the necessary documentation, present the vehicle for the test and return the vehicle to you with all of the approved paperwork and certificates

ADR Examination - Carried out annually at an RSA approved testing centre. DTRS will prepare the documentation for the Road Safety Authority, make the appointment with the test centre, ensure the vehicle is fit for testing, present the vehicle for testing and return the vehicle to you with all of the approved paperwork and certificates.

Leakproof Test - Carried out in our workshop by our IPIA approved operatives. This test is required every three years. We will test the tank in our workshop, carry out any repairs deemed necessary and agreed with you, issue a test certificate and plate the vehicle as being approved.

Thorough Examination - Carried out in our workshop by our IPIA approved operatives. This test is required every 6 years. We will test the tank in our workshop, carry out any repairs deemed necessary and agreed with you, issue a test certificate and plate the vehicle as being approved.

Meter Calibration - To ensure that truck mounted meters are performing within the regulations set down by the Legal Metrology Service. We will calibrate your meter (mechanical or electronic) to ensure its accuracy.

Meter Verification - As appointed Authorised Verifiers for the NSAI Legal Metrology Service, we can Verify and Seal your meter ensuring you are complying with the Regulations.

Safe Loading Pass - Operators that draw product from mainline oil terminals are required to have their vehicles subjected to a Safe Loading Pass examination. We will ensure your vehicle passes this examination and have a Safe Loading Pass disc issued to you by one of our panel of IPIA inspectors
